The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful old town, where I explored charming shops and delicious eateries. The staff were kind and even provided a lovely map highlighting attractions.

No air conditioning in warm weather.

The restaurant was wonderful, very good service, fab food. I booked a comfort room for 4 nights and had a good stay. The location was magnificent and lovely for walking around Albrecht Durer's House👍

It was an APPEALING place, had very amiable and attentive staff at the reception desk. Hotel's meals were great, and we found Bratwurst Roeslein in the area.

The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm at night, and street noise from late-night activities outside significantly impacted sleep quality. The staff was helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions.

I was really surprised by the warm welcome and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Durer Museum. The hotel is super clean, with fantastic facilities including a sauna and gym. Breakfast was noteworthy, especially for vegans. I'm already eager to return!

The hotel is brilliantly located near the fortress and museums. The staff was very nice, offering us drinks and snacks when we returned after a long day. We appreciated their hospitality, especially traveling with our service dog.

The Standard Double Room wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for a couple. The beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. A nice touch was the personal greeting from the staff. The room got a bit warm at night. It could really use some A/C for warmer months. The view of the historic surroundings adds a nice charm. It was super quiet despite being in the city center.
